AIWTS provides technical support for all of the products and solutions that they market.  Support can be in English or Spanish and it is typically online or via a phone call or email. 

We can provide network configuration services for equipment purchased from us. We can deliver the equipment fully configured in accordance with customer's needs. 

We can provide architecture services to help reduce the engineering burden for customers. We will design the architecture and BOM for a specific application. 

We can provide site visits to provide engineering consulting services and to execute pilots and testing of equipment. 

We can provide engineering services to customers to reduce the number of engineering hours and expenses that they have to dedicate to a project.  

We also provide outsourcing services for customers in need of additional software engineers. Our software engineers are highly qualify to take on any software development, coding, dashboard or Cloud/IIoT solution to meet the requirements of the most demanding clients.  

We provide training services on all of our equipment. Training can be virtual, on site or in our training facility in the US.
